Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom-made or personalized pieces
- Accessories, unless received damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as JMtrends is not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
